Apple’s mothership New York Fifth Avenue retail store, which is a 24-hour store (just so you know), was closed down this week. Now, it doesn’t take a genuis to work out something must have been going on; this store has only been closed down twice, ever. Rumors began flying that the reason for this closing was so that Apple could film the new commercial for the upcoming 3G iPhone, which is rumored to be introduced this Monday.
We’re not agreeing with the rumour, but there is quite a bit of evidence suggesting they were filming. We’ll find out on Monday!
